New devices
|
Palm OS devices, newer than latest release of SyncWizard, can have connection problems with USB in some cases. Please make sure to have latest Palm Desktop version installed. If it still not works, select "PDA Software" and "Would you like to be informed about news at envi.con" at the support form for notification about updates.

Backup with Palm OS 5 devices

SyncWizard stops to backup with an general error message. The problem is know and will be fixed in the next release.
